Before you book
Can you get to me in Putney?
We do. Putney is part of Wandsworth, and we come out to SW15, SW18. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
My basement bathroom waste has backed up. Should I treat it as an emergency?
If it’s pumped and the pump has failed, yes. Without gravity to help, everything that goes in just sits there. Stop using that bathroom completely and give us a call. If everything else in the house drains fine, the pump is the problem, not the main drain.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
