Before you book
Can you get to me in Putney?
We do. Putney is part of Wandsworth, and we come out to SW15, SW18. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
My block has shared heating. What are you actually able to fix?
Everything from the point the system comes into your flat. That means controls, radiators, the cylinder, and a heat interface unit if you have one. The shared boiler plant is the building’s, and the freeholder or agent has to arrange that. We’ll tell you which side your fault is on before you pay for anything.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
