Bathroom installation in London, start to finish

Our bathroom installation work in London ranges from replacing a worn-out toilet or basin to taking a whole bathroom back to bare brick and rebuilding it. We do the plumbing and organise the trades who come after, so you don’t have to manage the project yourself.

Quick checks

Try these before you ring

You might fix it yourself. If so, great. If not, we’re a call away.

Know your water pressure before picking a shower

A smart-looking mixer shower on a low-pressure gravity system is going to let you down. Tell us which system you’ve got and we’ll tell you which showers will really perform, before you spend anything.

Moving the toilet costs the most

Shifting a WC means moving its soil connection, and that adds more to the bill than almost any other change. Leaving the toilet where it is and arranging everything else around it is usually the best value.

Get everything delivered first

Bathrooms most often run late because something is back-ordered and nobody notices until halfway through. If your suite, tiles and taps are all on site before day one, the job stays on track.

Living in a flat? Check the rules

If your flat is leasehold, read your lease before you commit. Many need the freeholder to agree to bathroom work. Some limit working hours, or don’t allow wet areas to move above living space in the flat below.

Your questions

What people ask us

How long will my bathroom take?

It all depends on what you want doing and what we find behind the old bathroom. With your quote, you’ll get a realistic timescale and a note of anything that might stretch it.

Who supplies the bathroom, you or me?

Either is fine. Plenty of customers like to pick and buy their own suite and ask us to fit it.

Can you do the tiling too?

We do the plumbing and organise the tiling and finishing as part of the job. That way you have one person to deal with, not several.

Will I be able to use the bathroom during the work?

Not during a full refit. If it’s your only bathroom, plan ahead for that. We’ll be honest with you about how long you’ll be without it.
