Before you book
Can you get to me in Wimbledon?
We do. Wimbledon is part of Merton, and we come out to SW19, SW20. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
How do you work out the right boiler size for us?
We look at how many radiators and bathrooms you have, and how many people really live there. Not the size of the old boiler, which may have been wrong too. Too big and it switches on and off and wears out early. Too small and it never keeps up. Get it right at the start, because you can’t change it later.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
