Before you book
Can you get to me in Clapham?
We do. Clapham is part of Lambeth, and we come out to SW4, SW11, SW9. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
Do I need the freeholder to agree before I put in a boiler?
Not usually for the boiler. For anything that changes the building, like a new flue outlet, drilling an outside wall or new outside pipes, often yes. Most leases say so. Check before you book a date, not on the morning of the job.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
