Before you book
Can you get to me in Walthamstow?
We do. Walthamstow is part of Waltham Forest, and we come out to E17, E10. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
Why does my boiler only lock out when it’s really cold?
That’s almost always a frozen condensate pipe. It’s common here because extensions so often send that pipe outside. The boiler shuts down safely because it can’t drain. Thawing the pipe gets the heat back on. The lasting fix is to re-route or lag it, so January doesn’t bring the same problem every year.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
