Before you book
Can you get to me in Lewisham?
We do. Lewisham is part of Lewisham, and we come out to SE13, SE4, SE6. Our engineers set off from the Fulham office and work all over Greater London.
None of the flats in our block have heating. Do we each need an engineer?
Please don’t. You’d all pay a callout for the same problem. When every flat is cold, the shared plant is the likely cause, and fixing it is for the freeholder or managing agent to arrange. Let them know as a group. If it turns out yours is the only cold flat, then the repair is yours.
How much will it be?
We tell you the price before we start. Sometimes we open things up and find more than expected. If that happens, we stop and talk it through with you. No surprise extras on the bill.
