“The plumbers were prompt, courteous and highly skilled. They replaced the tap and installed the new shower screen with great precision, making sure everything fit perfectly. They also took the time to explain the features and maintenance tips, which was a nice touch. The bathroom looks amazing, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend them for any bathroom upgrades!”

Want a new toilet instead of a repair? Putting in a new toilet, replacing an old one or moving a WC is a separate job. Head to toilet installation. Read about toilet installation →
Normally one part, not a whole new toilet
A toilet that runs or leaks almost always has a worn valve or seal. We tell you which, agree the price, and only suggest a new toilet if repairing it really isn’t worth it.
-
A running toilet costs you
A cistern that won’t stop refilling can waste hundreds of litres a day, and it shows on a water meter. The fix is normally a cheap part and a quick visit.
-
Macerators need different parts
A Saniflo or other macerator fails in its own way — often the pump, not the pan. Mention it when you ring and your engineer will bring the right parts.
-
After a new toilet instead?
If your toilet is old, cracked or just ready for an upgrade, that’s an installation job, not a repair. See the link below.

Tell us about your toilet
Ring, use the form, or WhatsApp a photo. Let us know if it’s a macerator so your engineer brings the right parts.
-
Price agreed up front
You know the cost of the repair before your engineer begins. If it needs more than a valve, we pause and tell you.
-
Fixed, tested, tidied
We fix the fault, test the flush and refill, and leave your bathroom as we found it.

Things people ask us
Why won’t my toilet stop running?
Most often a worn flush or fill valve that isn’t sealing, so the cistern keeps topping itself up. It’s normally a low-cost part and a quick visit.
Could a leaking cistern damage my home?
Yes, especially upstairs. A slow leak can go unseen until it stains the ceiling below, so it’s best fixed quickly.
Can you repair macerator toilets?
Yes, Saniflo and other macerator units included. Mention it when you ring so your engineer brings the right parts.
What does a toilet repair cost?
It depends which part has failed. Ring us, describe the problem, and we’ll give you a price before booking.
