“The plumbers were prompt, courteous and highly skilled. They replaced the tap and installed the new shower screen with great precision, making sure everything fit perfectly. They also took the time to explain the features and maintenance tips, which was a nice touch. The bathroom looks amazing, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend them for any bathroom upgrades!”

Straight answers

We find what’s wrong before we touch it

A dripping tap is normally a small part, not a big job. We work out the real cause, tell you what we found, and agree the price before we start — whatever the answer.

  • Usually just a washer or cartridge

Most drips come from a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. That’s a simple part and a quick visit. We tell you which before we begin, not after.

  • When it’s more than a washer

Sometimes the tap body or valve has gone, especially on older mixers. We’ll tell you straight whether to repair or replace it, and price both.

  • Outside taps need a check valve

A dripping garden tap is often just the seal. But if we replace it, we make sure a check valve is fitted. Water regulations require one, and it stops a hose siphoning back into the mains.

Three simple steps

You know the price before we pick up a tool

  1. Tell us about your tap

Ring, use the form, or WhatsApp a photo showing the tap and where it leaks. It helps us bring the right parts.

  2. Price agreed up front

You know the cost of the repair before your engineer begins. If it’s more than a washer, we pause and tell you.

  3. Fixed, tested, tidied

We repair or replace the tap, test it under pressure, and leave everything as we found it.

Things people ask us

What does fixing a dripping tap cost?

That depends on the tap and which part has failed. A washer or cartridge is a quick, low-cost visit; a whole new tap costs more. Either way, you agree the price first.

Can you fit a new tap the same day?

Often, if we have a matching tap with us. We normally see you the same week, and lots of repairs are done in one visit.

Do you repair outside or garden taps?

Yes. We also fit a check valve if there isn’t one — UK water regulations require it on outdoor taps.

What if it’s more than a washer?

Some taps need a new cartridge or valve, and now and then the whole tap is worth replacing. We diagnose it properly and tell you before any work begins.
