A dripping tap, a wobbly toilet seat and a cold radiator are three call-outs if you book them one by one. Send us the list and one visit usually sorts the lot.

Weak pressure? Usually one of three things
A scaled-up shower head or tap aerator, a valve half-closed somewhere along the run, or a supply pipe too narrow in an older London home. We check them in that order, cheapest first.

Find your stopcock now
It’s usually under the kitchen sink or by the front door. Plenty of them are seized. Better to fix that on a planned visit than find out in an emergency.

Yes, and there’s no minimum. Small jobs get priced the same way as big ones, and we often finish them first time.
How soon can you get here?
We normally see you the same week. If water’s actively leaking, ring us and we’ll give you an honest time.
Do you work with landlords and agents?
Yes. Pass us your tenant’s number with yours and we’ll sort access and keep them updated ourselves.
What does a plumber cost?
That depends on the job. Ring and tell us about it, or use the form, and you’ll get a price before anything is booked.
